Cancellation Policy
Before starting any treatment, patients must complete an initial consultation with our professionals to assess their suitability for the treatment. These consultations can be scheduled through our website. To confirm medical treatments at our clinic, an advance deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures the availability of our professionals and the necessary resources for your care. Patients may reschedule appointments up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, choosing from available dates in our booking system. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit will be non-refundable, and the opportunity to reschedule will be forfeited.
